- Executive Session – discussion of litigation of the following item: Dzierzek et al. v. Salem Lafayette Development LLC et al. Essex County Superior Court Docket No. 2006-01881.
- Discussion and vote: Recommendation to City Council regarding a proposed amendment to the City of Salem Zoning Ordinance to rezone the property located at 111 Highland Avenue (Assessor Map 14, Lot 199) from R-1 Residential One Family to B-4 Wholesale & Automotive Zoning District.
- Old/New Business
